This piece continues my grid series that started with 'Chapters of Life', inspired by the many moments of life, and heavily influenced by water elements, the ebb and flow of life, the calmness I feel when I am in or near the water.
Each step builds the story and each square represents a new chapter of life. Rather than cover up or hide the flaws, I have highlighted them intentionally with white leaf detailing, representing the wisteria vines that covered the back balcony of my childhood home, to show that when you step back and see the full journey of your life you will see that these are not flaws at all, but a cohesive, complex and unique picture to be celebrated.
